Program Registration

The nomination of participants, accompanied by the completed Participation Forms and the Program Fees, should be directed to Samatvam Academy, M – 1/ 31, DLF City Phase – 2, Gurgaon – 122 002, Haryana, India. Nominations may be intimated to Aarti Maheshwari at 91- 93506 63112 (timings 9 am–6 pm), or by e-mail at aarti@samatvam.co.in. Download the Participation Form on this website.

Registration of participants may also be done online by accessing http://www.samatvam.co.in/register-online. In that case, kindly complete the registration process by making payment separately, quoting the name of your Company, the program for which you wish to register, and the number of participants.

The number of seats at a program is limited to 16. Nominations are thus encouraged as early as possible. A fee reduction of 10% is provided for a group of 4 or more nominations emanating from the same organization. Self-sponsored participants are also eligible for a similar fee reduction.

Programme fee is payable in advance by electronic transfer, demand draft, or cheque payable at par in Gurgaon / Delhi favouring “Samatvam Academy”. The amount to be paid is equivalent to the program fee, less applicable discount (if any), plus 12.36% service tax.

Registration may be cancelled, if conveyed in writing, with full refund only up to seven days before the program. If that much notice cannot be given, another person may be deputed to attend the program. A notice of inability to attend, without replacement, less than seven days before a workshop, shall attract a cancellation fee of 50%.
