It denotes the integration of the various dimensions of the human personality so that people may effectively survive and thrive in human society. The term “individuality” refers paradoxically to existence as a “single, separate and indivisible entity” as well as a state of “inseparability and mutual interdependence.”
Yoga and Ayurveda are two complementary sciences that together facilitate Individual wholeness. The practices of Ayurveda impart strength and vitality to the body, while Yoga enables mental and spiritual development by providing an insight into our true nature.
At Samatvam Academy, we run intensive experiential programs that incorporate the fundamental tenets and practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. When engaged with on a daily basis, they facilitate the development of vitality and wholeness in the lives of people.
