Q. How do I register for a programme?

You can register for a program by printing and couriering the completed "Participation Form" to: Samatvam Academy, M – 1 / 31, DLF City Phase – II, Gurgaon – 122 002, India. This should be followed up by mailing across the cheque / DD for the program fees to the academy

Q. Are there any alternative ways to register for the programs?
Q. What is the payment procedure ?

Payment has to be made by Cheque / Demand Draft payable at par at Delhi / Gurgaon favouring "Samatvam Academy". Payment may also be made electronically into the Academy’s HDFC Bank Account.

Q. Does the academy provide Residential accommodation for outstation participants?

Presently, the Academy does not provide for residential accommodation. Participants have to make their own bookings for stay at the city where the program is being held.

Q. If an organization wants customized people development and whole systems change, who is the contact person ?
Q. Does the academy conduct programmes client locations?

Yes, the Academy conducts programs at client locations across the world.

Q. Does an organization get any discount if more than 1 participant is sent for the same programme?

A group of 4 or more nominations emanating from the same organization shall invite a fee reduction of 10%.

Q. Is there a cancellation policy? If yes, kindly elaborate.

Registration may be cancelled, if conveyed in writing, with full refund only up to seven days before the program. If that much notice cannot be given, another person may be deputed to attend the program. A notice of inability to attend, without replacement, less than seven days before a workshop, shall attract a cancellation fee of 50%.
