"All the lessons of history in four sentences: Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad with power; The mills of God grind slowly, but they grind exceedingly small; The bee fertilizes the flower it robs; When it is dark enough, you can see the stars"

Impact Assessment

Organizations spend a significant amount of time, attention and resources on learning and developmental initiatives with the hope that it contributes to enhanced business success. Research establishes that employee engagement is one of the most significant drivers of organizational success in the modern era. Engagement, in turn, if found to positively affect employee retention, productivity and customer satisfaction leading to increased revenue, decreased costs and societal benefits. Accordingly, a significant objective of learning and organization development initiatives should be to enhance the levels of employee engagement.

The Academy conducts impact assessment exercises for independently conducted interventions, upon invitation. To this end, we have researched an innovative framework that comprehensively evaluates the impact of learning and development efforts. Ideally, the assessment process must be built into the intervention design itself.
